What to expect when you sign up

The whole process is relaxed, personal, and completely in your control. Here’s how it works:

Fill out the form

Takes about two minutes. Tell us your name, your program at CAA, and how to reach you. Not sure what your superpower is? That's okay, we'll discover it together.

Schedule Your Shoot

After filling out the form, you will be prompted to schedule your shoot. If you do not schedule at this time, a CAA staff member will reach out to schedule with you.

Your Video Shoot

Come into our office in downtown Kennewick for a 45-minute interview that includes a video and photoshoot.

Your story goes live

With your permission, your spotlight is shared on our website, social media, and community materials, showing the Tri-Cities exactly who you are and what you bring.

Do you know someone whose story deserves to be told? Someone with a superpower the Tri-Cities hasn’t heard about yet?

We take it from here

Once you nominate someone, our team reaches out to introduce ourselves. We never contact anyone without their knowledge, and participation is always their choice.

You see their superpower every day. Tell us what you see, and we'll help the whole Tri-Cities see it too.

Being seen, celebrated, and heard matters. A nomination is an act of love, and it might be exactly what someone needs to step into their story.

  • $25 or more: Your name on the Sidekick Squad wall + a social media shoutout
  • $100 or more: Everything above, plus a mailed Superhero Trading Card featuring one of our community heroes
  • $250 or more: Everything above, plus recognition in CAA's annual Superpower Yearbook
